2 Tbs lemon juice or vinegar
tsp salt
2 C oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, slightly. Add vinegar and salt. Beat oil in, drop by drop until about 1 Tbs is added. Then add the oil more rapidly. Add any additional seasoning, if desired.
