2 C warm water
2 pkgs yeast
½ C sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
¼ C melted Crisco shortening
6 ½ - 7 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt then 2 C of flour. Beat about 2 minutes. Add eggs and shortening. Beat in more flour. Knead in remainder of flour. (If you need to add a little more flour, do so) Cover and place in refrigerator. Punch down if it rises to high. May be kept in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Roll out and shape as needed. Let rolls rise and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
