Try using a clean paintbrush instead of expensive blind-cleaning tools.

Black Scuff Marks
Wipe scuff marks away with a small amount of baby oil or petroleum jelly on a cleaning rag. Afterward, wipe floor thoroughly with desired spray cleaner to get rid of slippery residue.
