1 pie shell
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ lb Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 sm bunch green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 ¾ light cream, or half and half
1 Tbs butter

Preheat oven to 425. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool. Spread bacon, cheese evenly in pie shell. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over bacon/cheese in pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake for 10-15 minutes longer. Test with knife for doneness.
