2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dries basil
1 cup chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large soup pot over med high heat. Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, basil and stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low about 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or use in lasagna.
