1 C softened butter or margarine
1 ½ C powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
2 ½ C sifted flour
1tsp soda
1 tsp cream tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Sift flour, soda and cream tartar. Blend into creamed mixture. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut into shapes. Bake 7-8 minutes, in 375 degree oven.
