1 lb lean pork, cut into cubes 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary 1.5 cup vegetable stock
Rinse pork and pat dry. Chop rosemary very fine and set aside.
Spry a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium. Add pork, stock and rosemary. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and add to pork mixture. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
