1 c. flour 1/2 c. salt 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. cream of tartar 1 c. water food coloring, if desired
Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Slowly add water. Cook over medium heat until stiff, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Divide into portions and add food coloring if desired. Store in zip-lock bags, keeps for months!
