2-4 lb. Arm or Chuck Roast
2 C. Catsup
1 C. Water
1/4 C. Vinegar
2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
1 med. Onion, finely chopped
1/4 C. Celery, chopped
1/4 C. Green Pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Remove fat from beef.
Place in pan.
Mix ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover with foil or lid.
Bake at 325 for 3-4 hours.
Shred meat with fork after done.
