2 tbsp.olive oil 6 scallions or green onions sliced 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1 stalk of celery 1 green pepper diced 1 onion diced 2 tbsp. flour 1 can plum tomatoes,drained and chopped 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 1/4 tsp. cayene pepper1 tsp. black pepper2 cup vegetable stock 1/2 cup parsley or 2 tsp. dried Shrimp or Fish
Heat oil,add scallions,garlic,celery,greenpepper,and onion,cook 5 min,untilsofftened,Add flour to veg.mixture and stir to combine,cook 1 min,add tomatoes lemon juice ,worcester sauce cayenne ,black pepper and stock. Bring to Boil simmer cover 25 5o 30 min. Stir in parsley and add fis or shrimp simmer 10 min.
This is fabulous on it's own or on top of rice,or noodles.
