2 c. grated raw yellow squash
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 T. melted butter
6 T. flour
1 egg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoon into hot oil and fry til browned.
