6 oz Raspberry Jello
2 C Boiling Water
24 oz Frozen Raspberries
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
1/2 C Sugar
1 1/2 C Crushed Pretzels
1 stick melted Butter
2 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Jello with water. Add frozen raspberries and let set. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, cool whip and 1/2 cup sugar together. Add to jello mixture (after it is set). Lay crushed pretzels on baking sheet. Pour melted butter over them and sprinkle sugar on. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle pretzels on top of cream cheese mixture. Eat and enjoy!

This one ALWAYS shows up at the Christmas family gathering of the Siebel clan. And there's always a fight for the last of it. Yummy AND easy!
