2 C Whole Milk 2 C Water 3 to 4 T Butter 1 tsp Salt 4 C Instant Potatoes 1 C Flour
Bring milk, water, butter and salt to a boil. Remove pot from heat. Add potatoes and mix well. Chill for 2 hours or over night. Rice the potato mixture. Add flour to potato mixture. Make a small ball of the mixture and roll until thin, flat and round. Brown on a Lefsa pan.
