4 lbs peeled cored minced pears
4 lbs sugar
1 lb honey
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapples
1 whole lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a deep pot and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for about 25 to 30 minutes stirring continuously to keep from burning. Remove from heat and put into Clean sterile jars.
Place in canner with boiling water and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
