Cake Mixture:
1/2 C Butter Flavored Crisco
1 1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 C Milk
1 T Vinegar
2 C and 1 T Flour
3 C Rhubarb, cut finely
Topping:

1/3 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the Crisco and sugar together. Add salt and beat in egg. Mix soda, milk, and vinegar together in a separate bowl. Alternate the batter, milk mixture and flour beginning and ending with flour. Stir in rhubarb and pour batter into 9 X 13 metal cake pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
