Puffs:
1/3 C Shortening, softened
1/2 C Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 C Flour Sifted
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 C Milk

Topping:
6 T Butter, melted
1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening, sugar and egg. Sift together in a separate bowl flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk to the shortening mixture. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Immediately roll in butter and then sugar/cinnamon mixture.
