1 med. onion chopped. Add some coriander,maybe a tsp.add one tbsp. of pimento past. (Ferma Brand) 4 or 5 jalapeno peppers,no seeds,1 or 2 yellow banana peppers again no seeds.If you want it really hot add more yellow banana peppers.6 or 7 tomatos chopped and a bunch of cilantro,mix it all together,and start munching.
This is great with nachos,or you can make bruchetta .
