"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
In a large skillet go around a couple times with olive oil. Take a big knife and lay it on the garlic to crush it, add it to the oil. Heat over med flame until you have a good garlic aroma. Add tomato sauce and spices to taste. Simmer 5 minutes, add water and pasta, stir well. Cover and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is done. Serve with a generous amount of grated Parmesan.
Note: You can cook pepperoni, Italian sausage, chicken or beef and add it to the sauce before the water. I like it with pepperoni!
