1 # pecan halves
1/2-1c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T water
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add pecans and mix to coat. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pecans and stir until well coated. Spread in one layer on cookie sheets lined with silpat or parchment paper and bake at 300 for 30-45 min until toasted and sugar coating is crisp. Stir after first 15 min. then every 5-10 min. until done.
