2 cans of Red kidney beans
1 pack conecha Sausage ( your Choice of seasoning)
3 bay leaves
1 T of garlic
1 onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
cook onion and garlic in sauce pan, add kidney beans and bay leaves and cook on low for about 30 min then add your sausage and simmer for 10 min on low heat
