2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tablespoons Margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll garlic cheese
1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1/3 cup slivered almonds (about 2 ounces)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salted water until barely tender, drain and set aside to cool;
Sauce onion and celery in margarine until tender; add drained mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, garlic cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Mix with broccoli and pour into casserole dish. Top with slivered almonds and bake at 375 until bubbly.

Note: If you can't find garlic cheese, you can add 4-6 oz. velvetta cheese and 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste).
