1 ¾ C flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 Tbs sugar
2 Eggs, separated
2 C buttermilk
1 Tbs melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until a stiff froth forms. Set aside. Add two egg yolks to 2 C buttermilk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Fold in egg whites. And mix just to incorporate.
