Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
dash of salt

Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of a 9" pan. Reserve other half for topping.

Filling: Combine cream cheese with all filling ingredients. Blend well. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator.
