Rolled pork about 3 pounds Sauerkraut (32 oz. or large can) drained Small red potatoes olive oil onion
Peel potatoes. If potatoes are large cut iin half. Roll in olive oil and bake in pie plate Using Dutch oven put sauerkraut in bottom; brown seasoned pork roast and place on top of sauerkraut. Place sliced onion on top of roast. Cook covered for 30 min. at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for 1 to 1 l/1 hours depending on oven when sauerkraut turns brown.
