4 Qt water
1 (12 oz) can beer
1/2 C Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp salt
8 med red potatoes- quartered
2 lg onion- cut into wedges
2 lbs lean smoked sausage- cut into 2 inch pieces
8 ears fresh corn- broken in half
4 lbs unpeeled jumbo shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water, beer, seasoning, and salt to a boil in large (12qt) stockpot on high heat.
2. Add potatoes and onions. Cook 8 min.
3. Add sausage. Cook 5 min.
4. Add corn. Cook 7 min.
5. Stir in shrimp. Cook 4 min or until shrimp turn pink.
6. Drain cooking liquid. Pour contents of pot into a large serving bowl or platter.
