3oz sliced root ginger
3 cloves - crushed
1 cinnamon stick - crushed
1 tsp coriander seeds - crushed
1 slice of lemon
1/2 litre water

Directions:
Directions:
Place the water in a pan, add all of the ingredients and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins.
Strain.
Drink the liquid hot.
Keep any left over in the fridge and reheat as necessary.
