1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped 8 oz crumbled feta cheese 1 cup Mayo (light is fine) 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan 2 oz jar pimentos, drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1 pkg. stouffers creamed spinach, thawed (Boston Market's brand is good, too)
Mix all together and then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
