3 tbsps oil
2 leeks - diced
1 red pepper - diced
1 green pepper - diced
Packet Quorn chicken pieces
Chilli powder
Soy sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 tablespoons of oil in to a wok and heat.
Add diced leeks and peppers and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Add chicken Quorn pieces, teaspoon of chilli powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Serve with rice.

This is a vegetarian alternative to a Chinese New Year dish. Substitute beef for the Quorn for a non-veggie meal.
