Beets Potatoes Carrots Tomatoes Water Dill Lima Beans Chicken Soup Broth 1 Onion
Cook beets and peel. Cool and shred. Shred potatoes and carrots. Put into pot and cover with water. Add tomatoes, chicken soup broth, fried onions. Add dill. Cook this soup for a couple hours for best results. May add cream when serving.
(Soak lima beans in water for couple hours prior to starting soup and then add to soup when preparing broth.)
