Pound chicken breasts to tenderize.Season both sides with ( season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash, pepper)
Boil pasta till al dente
In saucepan saute chopped shallot in olive oil,add chicken.Cook on med heat flipping every 5 min.
When done remove from pan and cut up in small pieces.
In microwave warm alfredo sauce and milk.
Drain pasta, stir in chicken, toss with sauce.
Serve with salad and french bread.
