1/2 C sugar
1/4 C light cream
1/2 C corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C (good fine cocoa)
salt to taste

Directions:

In a med sauce pan heat all ingredients until butter
and sugar are melted. Add the cocoa & salt heat to the consistency you prefer.
