Ingredients:  
1/2 C. Red Hots
2 C. Boiling Water
4 T. Sugar
2 Boxes Strawberry or Rasberry Jello
2 C. Apples, peeled & diced
2 C. Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/2-1 C. Pecans, chopped

Topping:
1 8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
1/4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 C. Whipped Cream

1 C. Celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve red hots in boiling water.
Add sugar and jello, dissolve.
Stir in 1 C. cold water & put in 9x13 glass dish.
Refrigerate and let thicken slightly.
Mix together and add apples, pineapple, pecans,
and celery.
Refrigerate and gel.
Mix and spread topping over jello
