2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
vanilla wafers
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of paper cupcake cup in a muffin tin. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Put heaping teaspoon on top of vanilla wafer and bake for 17 minutes at 350º. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
