Olive oil
2 Tb butter

Directions:
Coat both sides of the Tuna with olive oil.
Put the wasabi peas in the blender to create a texture similar to bread crumbs and spread on a plate
Evenly coat Tuna steaks with mixture by pressing them onto mixture on all sides
In a large, flat bottom, non-stick skillet, heat 2Tb of olive oil on high heat.
As soon as it begins to smoke, add the steaks and cook for 60-90 seconds until topping begins to become crispy. Lower the heat if necessary to prevent burning.
Turn steaks and continue to cook for 60-90 seconds and the steaks are rare to medium rare.
Remove and place on paper towel lined plate and then serve.
This recipe can be served hot or cold, and can also be sliced before serving.
