1 1/4 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
about 5-7 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Crisco and flour. Mix in egg, salt, vinegar and water. This is enough for 2 two-crust pies. Will keep for several weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen.
