1 c. sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts 1/8 tsp. salt 1 T. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. soda
Combine sugar, syrup and salt in a 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir in peanuts and microwave for 6 minutes until syrup and peanuts are lightly browned. Stir in butter, soda, and vanilla until light and foamy. Spread on buttered cookie sheet.
