1 lb hamburger
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 C bread crumbs
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp steak seasoning
salt and pepper
2 tsp oil
1 large onion - cut into chunks
1 C ketchup
1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, 1/2 C ketchup, bread crumbs, onion powder, steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Form into patties or meatballs. Heat oil, fry patties until browned on both sides. Remove patties and excess grease, add remaining ketchup, water and onion, bring to boil. Reduce heat and add patties, cover and simmer 30 min. Add more water if too thick.
