1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. cloves 3/4 tsp. ginger 3 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. wheat germ
Combine butter, sugars and eggs; mix remaining ingredients only till blended. Shape dough into 2 rolls, about 1 1/2 in. in diameter; wrap and refrigerate until firm. To bake, cut rolls into 1/4 in. slices, bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350º for 8-10 min.
