2 c. grated American cheese 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 c. light cream (half and half) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. prepared mustard 12 eggs, slightly beaten
Spread cheese in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Dot with butter. Combine salt, pepper, cream and mustard. Pour 1/2 over cheese. Pour eggs in pan and add remaining cream mixture. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes or until set.
