2 c. white sugar or a little less 3 T. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1-12 oz. jar chunky peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a large electric skillet on 280º. When it comes to a boil, cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Then turn off and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well melted and blended. Pour into 8 in. buttered square pan. Let cool before cutting.
