1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice

Frosting:
1 container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, oil and oranges at medium speed. Bake in a 9 x13 pan at 350º for 30 minutes. Beat Cool whip, pudding, and pineapple. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
