3 T. sugar
3 T. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 yeast
1 c. scalded milk
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, hot water, sugar, salt, oil. Let cool. Add a little flour and then yeast. Add enough flour to make elastic dough. Let rise. Can add more flour then if needed. Let rise again, make into rolls or 2 loaves. Bake 20-25 minutes for buns, 35-40 minutes for bread at 350º.
