Dough:
8 cps. flour
1/2 cp. crisco shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 cps. warm water (add more if dough is stiff)

Filling:
3 lbs. ground beef
10 cups shredded potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic
1 cp. bistro gravy maker

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, bistro gravy, hamburger and spices. Mix well. Roll out dough, cut into squares, put filling on and fold close. Place on greased cookie sheet close together. Dot crisco on top of meat pies.

Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
