1 cup applesauce
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 large (5.1 oz) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup quick oats
1/2 bag (6oz) chocolate chips

1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix:
1 cup applesauce
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

In a medium bowl mix:
1 large (5.1 oz) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
Add this to liquid ingredients and stir well.
Add: 1 cup quick oats
1/2 bag (6oz) chocolate chips

Let dough sit about 10 minutes. Place dough in baking dish. Lay a sheet of wax paper on top. Press dough out. Remove wax paper.
Bake 25 minutes till lightly browned. Let them cool and cut in 24 bars. If keeping past 2 days store cookies in refrigerator or freezer.
