1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 lb. carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Pare and cook carrots. Drain. Dissolve the oil, vinegar and sugar over low heat. Add soup, green peppers, onions, mustard and salt. Simmer until it gets hot, then add carrots and simmer on low heat until hot enough to serve.
