1 to 1-1/2 lbs round steak, cut into cubes
2 cans stewed tomatoes (regular or Mexican style)
2 to 3 tsp of chili powder
3 tblsp canola oil
salsa (approx 6 to 8 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat oil, then add meat, salt, and pepper. Stir until browned then add stewed tomatoes and salsa. Stir then add chili powder. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

Good served with refried beans, tortillas, and corn. Really good the next day.
