1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayo (spicy mayo is good too)
1 cup (4 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
1 box thawed chopped spinach, drained
Bacon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (until hot.) Serve with bread or crackers of your choice.
