1lb ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika (Meghan would add cumin!)
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can chopped olives
1 small carton of sour cream
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 can Ortega chiles
1 cup jack cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
One bag tortilla chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown meat, onion, and spices. To skillet add tomato sauce and olives. In separate bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and chiles. In another bowl combine cheese and chips. Layer each mixture in a 13x9 casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling.
