1 lb. small bocconcini (mozzarella balls) drained.
1 small basket of cherry tomatoes (washed).
2 tbl. coarsely chopped fresh parsley.
10 fresh basil leaves torn into fragments.
salt to taste.
extra virgin olve oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut mozzarella pieces in half and place them in a shallow serving bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them over the mozzarella. Season with salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and basil over the top. Drizzle enough extra virgin olive oil to lightly moisten the ingredients. Toss gently.
