1c water.
1 beaten egg.
1tsp. salt.
2tbl. sugar.
3c. bread machine flour.
3tbl. dry milk powder.
1 1/2tsp. active dry yeast.

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order they are listed. Select dough setting. Remove dough with rubber spatula and place on floured surface. Pat into a circle and use a roller if necessary.. Place it on greased 12x14 inch round pizza pan. Spread with pizza sauce and any other toppings & bake at 400 for 16-18 minutes
